Furniture / Decoration Grade Whiskey Barrel - Headstamp

These retired barrels have been used for aging bourbon or whiskey from world class distilleries such as Wild Turkey, Willett, and Barton 1792. Each barrel is one of a kind, full of history and timeless charm, featuring a branded head stamp that makes it truly stand out.

Though not liquid grade, decor barrels are still in good condition with tight steel bands. You can expect natural imperfections like warped heads, rust, distress, or cracks—but we like to call that character.

Ideal for DIY furniture or decor, these barrels bring a touch of history and craftsmanship to any space. Head stamp styles vary based on the distillery, so every piece is genuinely unique.

Important notes:

• Furniture grade barrels are no longer fit to hold liquid and are not recommended for aging beverages.

• Barrels with head stamps come from a variety of distilleries, and stamp styles will vary. We cannot guarantee specific distillery brands or designs.

• Imperfections such as warped heads, cracks, rust, or other signs of previous use are possible when purchasing decor grade barrels, but the barrels remain structurally sound with tight steel bands.

• Size/dimensions are approximate. Even between standard 53-gallon barrels, height may vary slightly, and some barrels may not sit perfectly level.

• Because these barrels are authentic, you can expect distillery markings, unique wood coloration, rust on the bands & residual material on the inside of the barrel. We do not clean these barrels.

• All barrels were used to age bourbon or whiskey first. Some barrels may have also been used to age beer afterward.

• The images provided are for reference purposes only and may not represent the exact barrel you’ll receive as our inventory is constantly rotating.

FREIGHT
Fresh barrels will be shipped via a LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.

Barrels can be shipped up to 4 barrels per pallet and 8 barrels per skid (two pallets high).

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
