Thank you for shopping with Midwest Barrel Co.! We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right. Read on for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return of your merchandise within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for a replacement item or refund of the purchase price. Items must be in the same condition as received, with original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Please contact our customer service team at info@midestbarrelco.com prior to returning any merchandise, so that we can provide you with the most expedient service possible. Include your order number, a description of your returned item, and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable, and a return shipping label. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

For staves, barrel heads, or whole/deconstructed barrels, a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price or $50 (whichever is less) will be charged.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR ITEMS SHIPPED IN ERROR

Here at Midwest Barrel Co., we work hard to make sure that every shipment is high quality and error free. In the event that your merchandise does not reach you in top condition, please contact our customer service team at info@midwestbarrelco.com. Provide your order number, a description of your item, the reason for return, and if possible, a photo of the damaged/defective item. We’ll review the situation and work with you to find the best solution possible. Whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another fix, we’ve got your back.

Please note, used barrels are, well, used. They’re charred inside, rustic outside, and aged to perfection. They’ve worked hard, and they’ve got a heck of a lot more to give. But no two barrels are exactly alike, and our inventory rotates consistently. Please carefully read product descriptions prior to purchase to ensure that you get the barrel you’re looking for.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will be notified by email when your return has been completed.
