15 Gallon Corsair Distillery Gin Barrel (Ex-Rum) - Fresh Dumped
These barrels have a bit of a unique backstory. Corsair Distillery takes 15-gallon barrels that aged its rum and fills them with pot-distilled gin.
The rum adds vanilla and fall spice notes to the barrel’s oak notes, which then transfer to the gin. After aging the gin, the barrels are left with hints of cinnamon, clove, coriander, black licorice, vanilla and other rum notes.
With a small format size of 15 gallons, these barrels are great for smaller craft barrel-agers or even some homebrewers.
PARCEL
Orders for small barrels (generally 5 or less) are shipped via UPS.
FREIGHT
Volume orders (generally 6+ small barrels) will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.
Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering.
At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available from our Louisville (Fairdale), Kentucky location.
