Personalized Whiskey Barrel Stave - Custom Design

Some ideas deserve more than a plaque. Whether it's a logo, inside joke, personal message, or award design, we'll bring it to life on a genuine reclaimed whiskey barrel stave. Our team works with your uploaded artwork or concept to create something one of a kind, the kind of gift that actually gets remembered.

To prep for engraving, we lightly sand the staves on the front side. We remove the char from the backside and apply polyurethane so that residual char does not transfer to other items prior to engraving. The barrel bands are attached and then a light coat of polyurethane is added to the front side for a durable finish.

How to Order

1. Upload your artwork OR describe your design idea in "Personalization Notes" field above. Whether you have a finished logo, a rough sketch, or just a concept in mind, our designer will help bring it to life. The more details you provide, the better!

2. Place your order.

3. We’ll review your details and send a proof for your approval within 3 business days. Once approved, we’ll fire up the lasers and get to work. Production takes up to 10 business days before your order ships out.

Important Notes

• Because barrel staves are authentic, you can expect unique wood coloration. Some bands may have residual rust.

• While we scrape off the char, some may still remain. It's tough to remove completely, but we clean each barrel stave as thoroughly as possible.

• Size/dimensions are approximate. Height, widths, and thickness may vary slightly, and some barrel staves may not sit perfectly level. Barrel staves are all unique in size, making each one-of-a-kind!

• The images provided are references only and may not represent the exact barrel head you’ll receive as our inventory is constantly rotating.

• A proof is required only for custom designs & artwork uploads. Orders using our pre-built templates will move directly into production without a proof.

ENGRAVED HEADS & STAVES (PARCEL)

All engraved barrel parts (staves & heads) are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.

ENGRAVED BARRELS (FREIGHT)

Full size barrels will be shipped via a LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and integrity of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.

Volume Orders: Barrels can be shipped up to 4 barrels per pallet and 8 barrels per skid (two pallets high).

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a lift gate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.

Local pickup is available for all engraved products from our Louisville, KY location.
