Bourbon Oak.

It's the only wood I use when smoking beef. I really would love some more Bourbon Stout.

Bourbon oak and beef? That’s a combo we can get behind. Glad you’re loving the chunks, and we’ll take note of the Bourbon Stout request!

Love the extra flavor!

Tried out these wood chips the other day. Soaked the chips in water for 30 minutes like the instructions said, wrapped them in foil and tossed them in. I was a little disappointed at first because the dry chips had a mild, but not super strong bourbon smell. However, the smoke coming out the grill and the food was delightful.

Definitely going to be using these in the future.
