5 Gallon Golden Moon Distillery Whiskey Barrel - Fresh Dumped, Once Used

These small, used oak barrels are a homebrewer’s dream! They’ve been recently emptied fresh by Golden Moon Distillery in Golden, Colorado, after aging an artisan whiskey made from a mash bill of 100% malted barley.

At 5 gallons, they’re the perfect fit for any barrel-aged homebrew beer, wine, cider or other beverage. 

Please note: No bung is provided with purchase of this barrel. We recommend purchasing a Standard Silicone Bung #9 (pictured in this listing's photos), as our 1.5” wooden bungs do not fit this barrel.

PARCEL

Orders for small barrels (generally 5 or less) are shipped via UPS or USPS.

FREIGHT

Volume orders (generally 6+ small barrels) will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents. 

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering. 

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
