25 Gallon Furniture Grade Whiskey Barrel

These retired barrels have been used for aging bourbon or whiskey from world class distilleries. No two barrels are alike and each boasts plenty of character.

While we don’t recommend barrel-aging beer or other beverages with furniture/decor barrels, they make for great DIY projects, decor, furniture, rain barrels and more. The only limit is your imagination.

Save When You Buy In Bulk
Total cost per barrel, after shipping and taxes are applied in the cart, is lower when you buy in bulk (6 small barrels or more). This is because we can ship barrels more efficiently on pallets.

Important notes:

• Furniture grade barrels are no longer fit to hold liquid and are not recommended for aging beverages.

• Imperfections such as warped heads, cracks, rust, or other signs of previous use are possible when purchasing decor grade barrels, but the barrels remain structurally sound with tight steel bands.

• Because these barrels are authentic, you can expect distillery markings, unique wood coloration, rust on the bands & residual material on the inside of the barrel. We do not clean these barrels.

• The images provided are references only and may not represent the exact barrel you’ll receive as our inventory is constantly rotating. 

PARCEL

Orders for small barrels (generally 5 or less) are shipped via UPS or USPS.

FREIGHT

Volume orders (generally 6+ small barrels) will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents. 

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering. 

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available from our Louisville (Fairdale), Kentucky location.
