15 Gallon Sonoma Cherrywood Smoked Bourbon Barrel - Fresh Dumped, Once Used
These small format, 15 gallon barrels were last used to age Sonoma Cherrywood Smoked Bourbon. The barrels were only used once and were freshly dumped before being sent to us straight from the distillery.
Now, these barrels are ready to be filled with your small batches of beer, whiskey, cider, wine or other beverage. Tasting notes of the bourbon they last aged include maraschino cherry, smoke, allspice and vanilla.
Mashbill:
- 67% Corn (Origin: California)
- 20% Rye (Origin: California)
- 13% Cherrywood smoked barley (Origin: Wyoming)
Important notes: These are used barrels. Small imperfections and cracks on the barrel should be expected. Barrels have been inspected to ensure they are liquid tight. All barrels come with a wood bung.
PARCEL
Orders for small barrels (generally 5 or less) are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
FREIGHT
Volume orders (generally 6+ small barrels) will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.
Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering.
At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available from our Lincoln, NE warehouse.
