Distillery 291 in Colorado Springs, Colorado is known for its rye whiskey. With a mash bill of malted rye and corn mash, aging in these 15 Gallon Distillery 291 Rye Whiskey Barrels will deliver both spicy and sweet flavors.

The barrels aged rye whiskey for 2.5 years before the distillery emptied them and sent them to our warehouse. While homebrewers will appreciate the small size, the barrels will work well for any craft producer that does not need a full size whiskey barrel.
