Add a balanced combination of maple syrup and bourbon flavors when you age your brew in these 10 Gallon Lincoln County Reserve Maple Syrup Barrels that were first used by Distillery 291 to age bourbon.
Distillery 291 aged bourbon for about a year in these barrels, leaving behind vanilla, cherry and spice notes from the spirit in the oak staves. Then, Lincoln County Reserve aged its 100% pure Wisconsin Maple Syrup in the barrels for about six months, adding sweeter notes to the mix.
At 10 gallons, the barrels are a great size for homebrewers or smaller craft beverage producers ready to barrel-age their beer, cider, mead, wine or other brew.
Orders for small barrels (generally 5 or less) are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Volume orders (generally 6+ small barrels) will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.
