Fermentation/venting silicone bungs are the best replacement for problematic airlocks. This #8 bung fits smaller whiskey, wine or other barrels with a 1.25-inch bunghole.
This bung is also easy to clean and sterilize before reuse. A grab ring around the top allows for easy removal from the barrel.
