April 19th, 2021

Who says you can only smoke meat? Weโve got a kick-ass recipe for Badass Smoked Deviled Eggs from Instagram user Matt Roach (@greatbalance) that features our Apple Brandy Barrel Smoking Wood Chunks.
These chunks, which are also available as wood chips, will add layers of complex flavor to just about anything you smoke them with, even these deviled eggs.

Hereโs what Matt had to say about his recipe:
โTheyโre bombalicious!! Hard boil โem, then smoke โem for about 30 minutes low temp. Let โem cool then slice โem in half and make my badass smoked deviled eggs with candied bacon. I dare ya to stop at 10!! I canโt post a picture here but Iโll send you a couple pics and you can post โem!! ๐บ๐ฅโ
