Traverse City Whiskey Co. Straight Bourbon Barrel - Fresh Dumped, Once Used

Traverse City Whiskey Co. aged their Straight Bourbon in this 53-gallon American white oak barrel for a full four-year cycle before it was freshly emptied and shipped straight to us. No water rinse, no sitting around drying out.

• Malted barley

The wood is still carrying what TCWC left behind. Bold caramel and vanilla up front, nutty corn and aged honey through the middle, and a toasty cinnamon spice riding the finish.

That's a lot of flavor still locked in the staves, and it's yours to pull. Rack a barleywine or an imperial porter into this barrel and let the oak and residual bourbon do the work. Run it through a concentrate-and-blend program if you want the character without tying up a full batch for a year. Or start a longer oak-aging project and let it develop over multiple fills.

Every barrel here is freshly emptied, photo-documented, and traceable to Traverse City Whiskey Co. by name. We ship as few as one barrel or a full truckload, so whether you're filling a single batch or building out a wholesale program, we've got the volume to match.

FREIGHT

Fresh barrels will be shipped via a LTL motor freight provider. To ensure your barrels are not damaged in transit, they will be strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.

Barrels can be shipped up to 4 barrels per pallet and 8 barrels per skid (two pallets high).

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
