Short Barrel Honey Bourbon Barrel (Ex-Bourbon) - Fresh Dumped

Crafted to deliver a one-of-a-kind flavor profile, these barrels represent the culmination of a meticulous aging process. Starting with six years in new American oak, the bourbon was then double-barreled in medium+ toasted barrels, adding depth and complexity. The final finishing in wildflower honey barrels introduced rich honey sweetness, complemented by notes of vanilla, toasted caramel, and warm oak. Now freshly emptied, these barrels retain the essence of this journey, offering an exceptional opportunity to enhance any aging project. Perfect for stouts, ales, ciders, or spirits, these barrels impart a balanced blend of sweet and toasty flavors that elevate the final product.

Important Notes
These barrels were sourced from a variety of distilleries before being used to age honey, so they’ll display a range of different distillery head stamping. In addition, bung hole placement on these will vary between the head and belly. The images shown are not representative of the exact barrel you will receive.

FREIGHT
Fresh barrels will be shipped via a LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.

Barrels can be shipped up to 4 barrels per pallet and 8 barrels per skid (two pallets high).

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
