Each barrel is made from American oak, reinforced with steel hoops, and ready for engraving. How to Order
Upload your artwork OR describe your idea in the “Personalization Notes” field. Logos, monograms, or phrases, its your call.
Place your order.
Our designer will send a proof for your approval within 3 business days. Once approved, we’ll engrave and ship. Production takes up to 10 business days before your order is on its way.
Important Notes
These barrels are handcrafted, so size and wood coloration may vary slightly.
Engraved surfaces will showcase natural oak grain and texture.
The images shown are examples only; your finished product will be unique to your design and barrel.
A proof is required for all custom orders.
ENGRAVED HEADS & STAVES (PARCEL)
All engraved barrel parts (staves & heads) are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
ENGRAVED BARRELS (FREIGHT)
Full size barrels will be shipped via a LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and integrity of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.
Volume Orders: Barrels can be shipped up to 4 barrels per pallet and 8 barrels per skid (two pallets high).
Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering.
At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a lift gate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available for all engraved products from our Louisville, KY location.
