Jim Beam Winter Reserve Bourbon Barrel - Fresh Dumped, Once Used

Jim Beam’s Winter Reserve was never meant to be just another bottle on the shelf, and these barrels prove it. The bourbon inside spent six years aging before getting a three-month finish in fresh toasted oak, infusing the whiskey with deep notes of caramel, cinnamon, clove, and vanilla. These are double oak barrels with a twist: they start with well-aged Beam and finish strong with a toast-heavy cask that adds warmth and winter spice. Now freshly emptied and shipped straight to us, they’re primed for a second life aging beers, ciders, meads, or spirits with a profile built for bold flavor and smooth seasonal depth.

Important Notes

• These are technically double oak barrels. The first fill was standard new charred oak (not included here); these barrels are the second toasted oak finish barrels, used once.

FREIGHT

Fresh barrels will be shipped via a LTL motor freight provider. To ensure your barrels are not damaged in transit, they will be strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.

Barrels can be shipped up to 4 barrels per pallet and 8 barrels per skid (two pallets high).

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
