Chemist Spirits Gin Barrel (Ex Wine) - Fresh Dumped

Discover our exclusive barrels used to age the distinctive Conservatory Rose Gin, in collaboration with Biltmore Winery. Originally holding red wine, these barrels imparted a unique pink hue and rich flavors to our signature American Gin. Infused with fresh rose petals from Biltmore’s Conservatory Rose Garden just before bottling, the gin developed sweet notes of pink and white rose, lemon cream, vanilla, ripe strawberry, and grapefruit peel. Ideal for those seeking to add an elegant, floral twist to their spirits, these barrels offer a rare blend of wine’s depth and gin’s botanicals.

PARCEL

Orders for small barrels (generally 5 or less) are shipped via UPS or USPS.

FREIGHT

Volume orders (generally 6+ small barrels) will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents. 

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering. 

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available from our Louisville (Fairdale), Kentucky location.
