This set of 10 authentic, American oak bourbon/whiskey barrel staves is perfect for your DIY craft, decor and furniture projects.
These staves come from barrels used in the heart of Bourbon Country in Kentucky. Each is similar in length and shape, has a dark charred interior and a darker stained, rustic-looking exterior. All staves arrive in used condition (remember – these are the real deal!) and vary in width.
IMPORTANT
Because our barrels are authentic, expect char, rust and/or dust. We do not clean or alter our barrels in any way, and as such, these residues will often transfer from the products to the box and surroundings.
PARCEL
All barrel parts are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
FREIGHT
Volume orders will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.
Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering.
At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.

I couldn't have asked for more; $30 plus shipping for that much wood is great value, and the staves were all in good shape. It's the perfect material to use for a wooden art piece I'm making for a family of distillers that I became friends with. I'd absolutely order from y'all again.

I bought these bourbon barrel staves to build a mantle. 10 used staves were in the box. Little did I know that they were so true to form! I was expecting staves, but had no idea they came from a barrel of bourbon. I thought they were "before" staves. I took a grinder to the inside surface to remove the char, releasing the smell of bourbon in the air. Every hole I drilled released the scent of Kentucky's famous nectar. These were the real deal and have me contemplating another project with them. Perhaps I'll contemplate something over a bourbon, neat!
