Bourbon/Whiskey Barrel Head

Authentic bourbon/whiskey barrel heads are removed directly from the barrel and are shipped as-is. They did their job - and it shows. Dirt, scuffs and wording from the distillery or cooperage where they came from should be expected. The back or interior-facing side of the bourbon/whiskey barrel head will be charred black.

Important notes: The photos show an example of the front and back side of a Willett Distillery barrel head. While the photos have two heads, this listing is for ONE head only. The photo includes two heads to show what to expect on each side. They are an example. Some heads will come with stampings/markings, while others will not. We cannot guarantee distillery or stampings/markings for any individual purchase.

IMPORTANT

Because our barrels are authentic, expect char, rust and/or dust. We do not clean or alter our barrels in any way, and as such, these residues will often transfer from the products to the box and surroundings. 

PARCEL

All barrel parts are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.

FREIGHT

Volume orders will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents. 

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering. 

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available from our Louisville (Fairdale), KY warehouse.
