5 Gallon Journeyman Honey Barrel (Ex-Whiskey) - Fresh Dumped

5 Gallon Journeyman Honey Barrels are ex-whiskey barrels – Silver Cross Whiskey barrels, to be exact – that have aged a 100% natural honey.

What emerged was a sweet honey with warming whiskey notes. Plenty of influences from both previous contents left over make these barrels great for aging mead, cider, wine, beer or other barrel-aged beverage.

PARCEL

Orders for small barrels (generally 5 or less) are shipped via UPS or USPS.

FREIGHT

Volume orders (generally 6+ small barrels) will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents. 

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering. 

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.

Local pickup is available from our Louisville (Fairdale), Kentucky location.
