23 Gallon Far North Bourbon Barrel - Fresh Dumped, Once Used

After aging Far North Bourbon for 4+ years, these 23 gallon, freshly emptied bourbon barrels are ready to age your beer, cider, mead, wine or other beverage. 

This bourbon has aromas of toffee, sweet corn and orange zest that lead to peppery and vegetal flavors. The finish is highlighted by chocolate and brown sugar.

Mash Bill
- 60% Heirloom corn
- 30% Hazlet rye
- 10% malted barley

PARCEL

Orders for small barrels (generally 5 or less) are shipped via UPS or USPS.

FREIGHT

Volume orders (generally 6+ small barrels) will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents. 

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering. 

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.

Local pickup is available from our Louisville (Fairdale), Kentucky location.
