15 Gallon Tampa Bay Rum Barrel - Fresh Dumped

These aren’t just barrels. They’re flavor-packed storytellers from one of Tampa’s first craft rum distilleries. Sourced directly from Gasparilla Distillery in Ybor City, each 15-gallon barrel has a unique lineage: first filled with bourbon or rye, then used to age maple syrup from Woodinville Whiskey Co., and finally filled with Gasparilla Reserve Rum, a Best of Class winner at the ADI Craft Spirits Competition. That final rum rest ranged from 2 to 5+ years, creating a deep, sweet profile that fuses whiskey spice, buttery maple, and rich molasses. The compact 15-gallon format accelerates aging, making these barrels perfect for brewers, distillers, or meadmakers who want fast, intense impact. Plus, with local pirate legend José Gaspar tied into the distillery’s brand, these barrels deliver flavor and folklore.

PARCEL

Orders for small barrels (generally 15 gallons or less) and BBQ Smoking Wood are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Barrel parts and accessories will typically Ship via UPS.

FREIGHT

Volume orders (generally 6+ small barrels) will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents. 

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering. 

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
