15 Gallon Sonoma Bourbon Barrel - Fresh Dumped, Once Used

These small format, 15 gallon barrels last aged Sonoma Bourbon, a wheated bourbon from Sonoma Distilling Co. The barrels were freshly dumped, used only once and came straight to us from the distillery.

As a wheated bourbon, Sonoma Bourbon's mashbill includes wheat instead of rye, for a smoother, sweeter flavor profile. Tasting notes include toasted vanilla, almond, toffee brittle and coffee.

Mashbill:
- 70% Corn (Origin: California)
- 25% Wheat (Origin: California)
- 5% Malted barley (Origin: Wyoming)

Important notes: These are used barrels. Small imperfections and cracks on the barrel should be expected. Barrels have been inspected to ensure they are liquid tight. All barrels come with a wood bung.

PARCEL

Orders for small barrels (generally 5 or less) are shipped via UPS or USPS.

FREIGHT

Volume orders (generally 6+ small barrels) will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents. 

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering. 

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available from our Louisville (Fairdale), Kentucky location.
