Straight from Three Oaks, Michigan, Journeyman Distillery is as obsessed with craftsmanship as they are with storytelling, and these barrels tell a delicious tale. The main character? Unique flavor you can’t find in just any barrel: buttery popcorn.

Each barrel previously held Journeyman’s Popcorn Bourbon, a cask strength sipper made from a unique 52% popcorn mash bill (yes, actual popcorn), combined with barley and rye. The result is a complex flavor that clings to the wood. Whether you’re looking to infuse a beer, spirit, cider, or mead with some seriously unique character, these once-used barrels are primed and ready. 

Bonus: at 15 gallons, they’re great for small-batch runs, quicker turns, and tight cellars. Journeyman doesn’t cut corners… and neither should you.

Mash Bill

• 75% Corn
• 15% Rye
• 10% Malted Barley

PARCEL

Orders for small barrels (generally 5 or less) are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Barrel parts and accessories will typically Ship via UPS.

FREIGHT

Volume orders (generally 6+ small barrels) will be shipped via an LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents. 

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering. 

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
