New (Never Used) 53 Gallon American White Oak Whiskey Barrel (Char #4)

These brand new, never-used 53-gallon American white oak whiskey barrels are the real deal, fresh from a top-tier U.S. cooperage that’s known for supplying some of the most respected names in the industry (though we’re not naming names). Each barrel is constructed from hand-selected white oak staves.

Designed with a side bung for easy filling and racking, these barrels feature a deep Char #4 interior, popularly known as the “alligator char.” This heavy char maximizes surface area contact between the wood and your spirit or beer, bringing out rich vanilla, caramel, and smoke notes over time. 

Whether you’re aging a spirit or stocking up on cooperage-quality barrels for future fills, these are built for serious performance. With no previous fills and a cooperage pedigree trusted by elite distilleries, these barrels are a blank canvas for bold ideas.

FREIGHT
Fresh barrels will be shipped via a LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.

Barrels can be shipped up to 4 barrels per pallet and 8 barrels per skid (two pallets high).

Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
