With abundant port and bourbon aromas, these limited release Port Cask Bourbon Smoking Wood Chunks add complex flavors to any smoked meat or BBQ.

Complex and flavorful, these barrel smoking wood chunks were cut from 100% authentic oak barrels that aged a tawny port and then finished a bourbon whiskey. Pair with any smoked meat for mouthwatering results.

The chunks are cut from former port casks that most recently finished a bourbon. The distillery sent the used barrels straight to our warehouse, where they were cut while still fresh from aging the top shelf spirit.

Important note: Our barrel BBQ smoking wood chunks are suitable for most smokers and grills.
