White Wine Puncheon Barrel (500 Liter)
As former white wine barrels that last vintaged Chardonnay, these 70 Gallon White Wine Puncheons are bursting with amazing aromas. They will add depth and complex flavors to any beer, cider, spirit or other beverage you age in them.
All wine barrels are washed, steamed, ozoned and gassed. They are guaranteed to be Brett and VA-free. We suggest swelling wine barrels with hot water prior to filling.
Important note: As a 70 gallon barrel (puncheon), these barrels are larger than standard 59/60 gallon wine barrels.
FREIGHT
Fresh barrels (2+) will be shipped via a LTL motor freight provider. To ensure safety and freshness of your barrels, they are wrapped in plastic and strapped down to a pallet with a label identifying the pallet contents.
Barrels can be shipped up to 4 barrels per pallet and 8 barrels per skid (two pallets high).
Shipment transit times vary depending on location, weather and carrier capacity. For specific delivery dates, expedited shipping, preferred shipping carrier or unique delivery requests contact us directly to arrange your shipment prior to ordering.
At checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery location type. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be required. Offloads by hand are not available.
PARCEL
A single full size barrel is shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available from our Lincoln, NE warehouse.
